About: The Friends of Hudson River Park Gala has always been a premier NYC event, joining Friends from myriad communities and all facets of industry for one unifying purpose: to celebrate New York’s Park for Play and lend support to its continued care and ongoing, exciting expansion.
Hosted in past years by Hugh Jackman, Andy Cohen, and Padma Lakshmi, Friends’ Gala has drawn illustrious presenters and attendees, including Seth Meyers, Gladys Knight, Michael Bloomberg, The B-52s, Kyra Sedgwick, Kevin Bacon, David Chang and Martha Stewart, joining with leagues of Park champions to help ensure a vibrant future for this treasured resource.
