DREAMYARD PROJECT HOSTS POETRY SLAM EVENT WITH ETHAN HAWKE, LAURA LINNEY

Why: The DreamYard organization will sponsor the finals of the BronxWrites’ Bronx-Wide Poetry Slam. The five best teams will showcase their work after a two-week borough-wide competition at Joe’s Pub, and a celebration will be held at The Library at the Public Theater following the announcement of the winning elementary and middle school teams.
