Why: Directed by a filmmaking team with lifelong ties to the area—TFF alumnus Jeff Reichert (Gerrymandering) and his family have lived there for decades and producer Dan O'Meara is an Island native—along with co-director/producer Farihah Zaman, "This Time Next Year" follows the residents of Long Beach Island during the first full year after Superstorm Sandy.
