North Press Dinner at the International Culinary Center

Where: ICC (International Culinary Center), 292 5th Ave # 6 , New York, NY
Why: Press dinner to kick off the Nordic Food Festival located at the International Culinary Center in Soho. Press dinner will feature a 7 course menu of fish prepared by renowned chefs from the Nordic region (Fredrik Berselius, Gunnar Karl Gislason, Marcus Jernmark, Frode Selvaag, Carl Kristian Frederiksen, Sasu Laukkonen). Each chef will be preparing a course and guests can expect to ignite their senses with the chefs own twist and discover what Nordic food truly means.
