What's something we should be eating, but probably aren’t?

More fruit!! It’s healthy and natural sugar won’t hurt you. Too often I see clients who previously would go for days without a piece or sliver of fruit. Fruit, like vegetables, is packed with vitamins, minerals, water(!!), fiber and natural sugar / complex carbs. Great for energy, digestion, healthy skin and hair… should I go on? Also, more variety of complex carbs. We can move beyond quinoa and brown rice, people! [Photo by Christine Han]
