We know Pippa and Gwenyth are huge fans. Can you tell us about the typical girl you design for?
I always say that the first thing that comes to mind for me is that you know she's ageless. She can be a twenty-year old in Paris or she can be somebody who's in her 50s and very chic on the Upper East Side. It's definitely a refined, sophisticated woman. She has a great appreciation for quality, not just in the way her garments are cut, but also in the fit and the fabrication. It's somebody who really appreciates that things are made domestically in the US, and just somebody who actually has a level of sophistication. They enjoy something that's maybe more simple, but its got a great color or a quirky twist to it, or a great print or something like that.
