If you could get a recipe from anyone in the world who would it be and why?

This one is tough! For me it is less about the recipe per se, and more about the person. One of my goals is to get Alice Waters on the site. Everything she does is so simple and elegant, but at the same time never precious. I once ate dinner with her and watched her eat every last bit of flesh off of a fish tail with her hands like it ain't no thing. That's my kind of girl.
