Each piece is hand beaded, and believe it or not, it’s all done by men. Laetitia went to check out our factories in India back in 2009 when she started the company to be sure that everything was in fair and good condition, which it is. The artisans are so incredibly talented, it’s amazing to watch them sew the pieces together. As for the design process, Laetitia carries around her moleskin everywhere she goes and once an idea comes, jots it down and starts drawing.
