Take us through what you guys ACTUALLY do on a day-to-day basis.
Michelle: We don’t actually work with flowers every single day. On the days we do, it’s waking up super early and getting to the flower market, selecting our blooms, heading back to Brooklyn, prepping the stems and then creating whatever we are to make. On the days we aren’t working with flowers, we do a lot of research and marketing for our pop up shops and Roses and Rescues project.
Sarah: No two days are the same, which is my favorite part of the business. The only consistent is that Michelle and I always take about twice as long to get anything done because our friendship is still so important to us; we always end up gabbing for about an hour before we start working.
