Best Brunch

The brunch of my dreams is a plate of Barney Greengrass' gravlax which I top with fresh dill, sliced red onion, capers and heirloom tomato at home— it’s the only local smoked fish that comes close to how incredible it tastes in Sweden (where my fiancé is from). Oddly enough, the best omelette I’ve ever had is at A.O.C. in the West Village. When we lived in the neighborhood, my roasted mushroom-spinach-and-goat cheese concoction was a weekly indulgence.
