Best Costume: "Celebrity train wreck. It was a great idea but the execution was minimal at best. I wore my fur coat and huge sunglasses and topped it off with some "powder" under my nose. My roommates completed the celebrity train wreck trip by dressing up as Amanda Bynes and Miley Cyrus."
