Warm lemon water

When life gives you lemons... put it in warm water and chug! In the name of beauty, this tart concoction will leave you with gorgeous, glowing skin and a clean digestive system. It also aids in weight loss and has immune boosting powers. Pro tip: best drink for a morning workout and sweat grind. 

What you'll need: 

1/2 of a lemon (squeezed)

1 cup of hot water

Directions: Grab your favorite mug and fill with warm to lukewarm, not scalding hot water and then squeeze lemon. Then, for added fun, grab your puppies for a cute "Insta-worthy" photoshoot after. (like featured) *For an extra flavor kick, try adding freshly grated ginger or cayenne for a spicy tinge.
