With summer now far behind us (technically, at least), chances are you've abandoned the bikini diet and have once again wandered into the comforting, glorious arms of carbohydrates. We get it, pizza, pasta, and pumpkin spice pancakes are good. But if you're going the Mean Girls route with your costume this Halloween (i.e. showing more than just a little leg), you may want that barely-there outfit to feel a little less snug. Sure, you've only got a few days, but there are plenty of healthy ways to reduce bloating and feel your best before your big bash.
