Leg Raises

There's no reason dropping hints should be limited to your doctor 'suggesting' you drink less. Leg raises are the perfect way to not only tighten your abs, but also to put a little pressure on your boss to pay you as much as your male coworkers. All you have to do is sit in your chair (yay), extend either one or both of your legs straight outwards for ten seconds, and then reach slowly to the floor to collect your pride. Form is key, people.
