As if we needed any more bodily concerns this summer, word got out about "Dead Butt Syndrome," an actual condition plaguing those of us who are paid to sit in front of a computer all day. If you're one of the many office workers who would rather not opt for a standing or treadmill desk (we all can't be Google employees, after all!), your poor booty is at risk for this gluteal amnesia. The name really says it all - your butt muscles forget how to function. Cue panic attack.

Now breathe. There are plenty of easy ways to keep your backside in check (and alive) this season, even if you're stuck in the office.
