It's team-oriented

When you're getting your vinyasa on at SkyTing or getting your ass kicked at Gotham Gym, it's totally natural to feel competitive with your neighbor. Anyone who says they haven't felt a little better about themselves when they see their neighbor take child's pose or switch from regular push-ups to girl push-ups is lying. But at Tone House it's totally the opposite. The workout class is divided into two teams, and a huge part of the class is working with your teammates and encouraging them to do their best.
