What: Exotic red berries traditionally grown in China, Mongolia, and Tibet.
Why we love it: These delicate berries are high in antioxidants such as astaxathin (which helps protect skin from sun damage) and beta carotene.
How to eat it: Tangy when fresh and similar in texture to raisins when dried, goji berries are great to stir into yogurt or oatmeal and delicious when tossed into baked goods.
