What's one move we can do at our desks to stay toned?

I know this is probably not what people want to hear, but my advice would be don’t try to tone at your desk. When you’re at your desk, do whatever it is you do at your desk best (with good posture if you’re an overachiever). Then carve time to come into the studio and tone there. I promise we’ll do a better job of it (and get you hooked).
