Get Your Vitamins

A Healthy ChoiceWine is usually thought to be the healthiest choice of alcoholic beverages, but it has been shown that beer has just as many antioxidants and in fact a greater amount of vitamins.  Beer is higher in protein and B-Vitamins than wine and other hard alcohols.  It also contains other essential vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron and fiber.  Whoever said kegs and eggs wasn't a healthy combo was obviously wrong.
