Mary Helen Bowers of Ballet Beautiful channels her background as a New York City Ballet dancer through her body sculpting exercises which aim to work the entire body. Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes are some of her top clientele, so we don't have to spell it out for you; this definitely works. 

Bowers hits all those hard to reach areas such as triceps, outer hips, and inner thighs by using small movements to target specific places. She'll have your arms and legs quivering. Aside from the muscle building and strengthening, Bowers promises you'll walk away with noticeably better posture too.
