Smoke weed

No...seriously...this helps. I graduated college at 25, so obviously at one point I liked weed a little too much. I've mellowed out since then. We all know weed is great. It's one of the fastest growing industries in the world right now and is becoming more and more profitable by the minute. It's also a superfood, it's used for medical reasons, yada yada yada. I don't need to read you the riot act on weed.

But when you get to a point where you feel like your mind is in a vice grip of stress and anxieties, weed really helps. Don't gravitate towards really strong strains like OG Kush when you're in this state. Obviously, it can take you to a whole new level and you forget about your issues. Or, there is a very good chance it will make you freak out when it's compounded with tension. That's happened to me on multiple occasions and it's the worst.

If you have a legit dealer who offers different kinds of strains, choose mellower ones like Blue Dream or Mr. Nice Guy. Yeah, getting high takes the edge off, but smoking these strains is a detox for your brain. It makes you view the state of your life through a more mellow, easygoing mindset. I meditate for similar reasons, but weed helps just as much. It's kind of a form of meditation but it offers some enlightenment. Have a week to kill? Go on a marijuana wellness retreat

If you're not a total ganja babe and think you're above weed, there's still some marjiuana health options for snobby, holier than thou bitches like yourself who don't know how to have a good time. Drink marijuana green juice, get a marijuana facial, or soak up suds using a marijuana bath bomb
