Avoid the Drunchies

Alcohol is a little devil that is full of calories but doesn't actually fill you up. Liquor can actually increase your appetite. So before your Cinco de Mayo shenanigans, fill up on a high volume meal of protein and carbs. Hopefully this way you can ward off your drunken Seamless order of pizza and fried goodness at 3 am. But if you are prone to the drunchies, stock your fridge with high protein snacks and water. ALL of the water, as alcohol dehydrates you and can make you bloated the morning after a drinking binge.
