You're definitely not the only one whose screen time notifications have been causing some alarm recently. Between working from home, scrolling Instagram, and refreshing the news, the social isolation life has practically required more digital consumption than ever before. Even when you "relax" by watching Netflix or meeting friends on Zoom, your eyes aren't getting a break. 

According to Dr. Harvey Moscot, Doctor of Optometry and current CEO of the fourth generation family owned MOSCOT eyewear brand, "over-exposure to high energy blue visible light from computers and other digital devices can lead to symptoms such as eyestrain, headaches, and sleep disruption." And when you're stressed out about everything else already, those issues are just about the last thing you need right now.
