Group and Independent Therapy

Most who are involved with group therapy find it to be an amazing support system. Being in group therapy with your peers provides the opportunity to be honest and open up to others about personal issues. Opening up to a group may be great practice for opening up to your friends or family about your problems. However, if you feel the need for some additional support, having one-on-one therapy sessions with a psychologist is a great option. The most important factor when finding a therapist is finding a person that works for you and who you feel completely comfortable opening up to.
