The 6 Slightly Strange Stages Of Going On A Cleanse

All liquids all the time is not exactly our thing. After one day of straight up juicing, our canines are chomping at the bit ready to rip up just about anything. Still, seeing as it's an Instagrammed wellness-loving world, and we're just living in it, we figured we'd give Juice Press and their new Clean Eating Plan the old New Years try.


It's a five day curated cleanse stocked with plenty of solid foods for all you chewers out there. We're talking Marinated Kale Salads, Butternut Squash Soups, the ever delicious Get Rich Quick Sushi, and juices sprinkled in between. After all, it's not called Juice Press for no reason.

Of course, there are many things to expect when starting a cleanse or diet. The ups, the downs. Take note and prepare yourself for the side effects of your newfound nutritional high - the deep spiral into the life of an amateur wellness expert. Just try not to get too carried away with the kale.
