What is one piece of advice you'd give fitness newbies?

Trying a new workout can be intimidating, so I would suggest heading to a class with a friend! The group dynamic is definitely motivating and you can learn the moves together. Plus everyone is focused on what they're doing, so there's no pressure if you make a misstep.

When I have time, I go to my personal trainer to check my form and alignment, and I think that can help you a lot, too. With any routine, it's important to keep safe and do it right. Safety first!
