Deemed a "rock-out," the workout is a full-body cardio jam session, where participants dance and drum along to a wide range of music including rap, rock, pop, dub step, and old school classics, while holding lightly waited drumsticks called, Ripstix. The 45 minute class fuses cardio, Pilates, and core strengthening movements, where you'll burn a ton of calories and literally "pound off the pounds." Available at various gyms throughout Manhattan, head on over and become a workout rockstar!
