Making it known that you're besties with the instructor

It's fun taking a class with an instructor who you're also buddies with, but if you're rubbing it in to everyone there that you're besties, it's weird. They're there to do their job and yeah, it may be fun that a friend of their's showed up to support, but it still makes it super awkward for others. Obviously you can be buddy buddy, I'm buddies with some of my instructors for sure. However, making it known that you're so close that you wear friendship bracelets is kind of weird. Like, if you're monopolizing their time or hijacking their conversations with others, it's weird and the instructor is probably like, "WTF?" as well. You're no different than that kid you went to elementary school with who bragged that his aunt was also the art teacher. Or even worse, you're acting like those basics who act like they're besties with the bouncers at the bar because they chew their ear off. Like, those dudes aren't letting you in for free because you're charming, it's because they don't wanna deal with dweeby 19 year olds bothering them. So annoying.
