For all the Brooklyn people in the house wanting to get in on the action, head over to Faun. Their drink, The Bothan, marries chamomile-infused tequila with honey syrup, absinthe and frothy egg white. The drink is served in a chilled coupe and finished with chamomile blossoms. It's basically art.
