Ole Glory
Ingredients:
Plantation Rum
House made Cosmic Blueberry Syrup
Fresh Lime Juice
Raspberry Bitters
Fresh shaved Coconut
Lime Seltzer
Infuse Club Soda with lime wheels to start, set aside
Method:
In your shaker mix...
1.5 oz. Plantation White Rum
0.75 oz. fresh Lime juice
0.75 oz. "Cosmic" Blueberry syrup (blueberry liqueur cut with sugar and water with blue coloring)
2 dashes of raspberry bitters
Shake ingredients vigorously
Take 1/2 a coconut, shave out the desired amount into Collins glass and fill with ice
Strain shaken cocktail over ice and top with line seltzer. Garnish with Raspberry for the perfect Red, White, & Blue effect!
