Pig and Khao

On February 10th, for one night only, the traditionally Filipino-Thai restaurant will celebrate the Chinese New Year. Executive Chef Leah Cohen has teamed up with Ched Joshua Le Walker from Xiamo Bao Biscuit in Charleston, SC to prepare a family-style feast. Dishes will include Bo Bo Ji Fried Chicken and Sichuan Pork Dumplings. The meal will be offered for $75 a person.
