Ever since Red Rooster opened, foodies have been venturing to Harlem to try the delicious comfort food dishes Chef Marcus Samuelsson has been offering. If you haven't been here yet, there's no better occasion than Cinco De Mayo. Red Rooster will be offering creative tacos with a comfort food twist like the "Fowl Play," made with caribbean chicken, napa-pineapple slaw, ancho and charred scallion sour cream. Red Rooster's live band, Rakiem Walker Project, will be there to help start the fiesta!
