NYC's favorite America Brasserie will be getting festive this Cinco de Mayo. Jeff Leanheart, head of beverages at The Smith, has concocted a holiday special called the Charred Pineapple-Habanero Margarita. The drinks is made with grilled pineapple-infused tequila, lime and pineapple juices, Combier orange and a soaked pineapple garnish. The marinating flavors of the grilled pineapple create a smokey flavor that is sure to be muy picante!
