Parker & Quinn at Refinery Hotel

Recently opened Parker & Quinn provides a timeless dining experience in the center of Manhattan’s Fashion District. The interior design transcends the last nine decades in New York, with an ageless space that evokes a prohibition feel. Using a rustic European technique, Executive Chef Jeffrey Forrest prepares classic, simple and pastoral dishes with ingredients from an established network of local artisans and farmers. On Easter Sunday, stop in for a special prix fixe menu for $45 per person with an optional $30 per person wine pairing with each course. The menu includes appetizers such as spring pea soup, lamb, ham, or salmon entrées, and an array of desserts to top it all off. Parker & Quinn, 63 W 38th Street [Photo via]
