Celebrate spring at one of NYC’s most celebrated restaurants. The iconic Rainbow Room restaurant at 30 Rockefeller is hosting a decadent Easter brunch consisting of a la carte dishes such as Smoked Salmon & Salmon Caviar Devilled Eggs, Maine Lobster & American Caviar Devilled Eggs as well as Carrot Cake ‘Easter’ Pancakes. All of this is also accompanied by specialized chef stations including a Freshly Pressed Juice Bar, Bacon Bar, Greek Yogurt Parfait Bar, ‘Sweet and Savory’ Crepe Station and an award-winning Bloody Mary Bar.
