What: SushiSamba blends Japanese, Peruvian, and Brazilian cuisine to create something new and distinct. On Mother's Day they will have dishes such as quinoa waffles with kuromitsu and vanilla-cinnamon butter, and lobster eggs benedict with miso-yuzu and hollandaise. There will also be a live bossa nove jazz band performing.
