The French chefs from the former Park Avenue Bistro focus their catering menu around the Provence region of France. Their long list of cold appetizers includes stuffed cucumber and eggplant caviar and smoked salmon with Roquefort creme. The hot hors d'Oeuvres feature Petit Coquille St. Jacques--a scallop dish--and a merguez sausage. Perhaps the best feature is their buffet option, where they offer a chafing and carving station.
