1. Mrs. Featherbottom

In attempts to get closer to his daughter and to prove to his wife that he is a good actor, Tobias adapts a Mrs. Doubtfire-type character, and is hired by the Bluths as their nanny/housekeeper.  He remains completely oblivious to the fact that everyone is aware that it is him.  He even goes as far as leaping from the second floor banister with an umbrella, confusing his role with Mary Poppins, and subsequently breaking his ankles.
