Girls is an up-and-coming cool kid band that just released their second album, Father, Son, Holy Ghost. They have been talked about since 2009, but now they are just hitting the brim of "mainstream indie" music. The band is comprised of Christopher Owens and Chet "JR" White -- and an interesting fact you could throw around about this band is that Owens was raised in the Children of God cult and traveled the world, until he fled as a teenager.
