People are coming to see me, and say oh, it's the kid chef or whatever it might be. But then it's our job to make them forget about all of their preconceived notions and the hype or whatever that they heard. It's just like you come and then it doesn't really matter why you came, but we are trying to give you the best meal you can have. I think that hopefully as time goes on, people will be coming for the experience. It makes for a much better place as opposed to somewhere where everyone is going, reading hype pieces.
