Which restaurants were among the first to work with I Know The Chef?We started out with restaurants from the BLT group. BLT Prime was among the first. Then we added places like Catch, Marea, Il Mulino, and it grew from there. We're adding places every week, and the echelon is just getting better and better. We have a bunch of restaurants coming to us every week as well.
