Interview: Artan Gjoni Gives Us The Exclusive On His Fashion Week Plans For Ken & Cook And Lil Charlie's

While Ken & Cook is having some incredible boozy brunches on weekends upstairs, Gjoni is going to be keeping Ken & Cook’s doors and kitchen open a little later now, with plans of hanging around until 2AM. Chef Richard Diamonte, the former chef for Jean-Georges' Mercer Kitchen, has some plans to really utilize the farmer’s markets in the spring time, and add some new seasonal things to the menu.
