I mean, for the record, I am no chef—by any means. But, cooking is my only hobby when I am at home. I spend way too much time at restaurants, and my wife and I have always said that ten years from now we’d like to open up a very small hotel with a very small restaurant. Just make fantastic food for a very select few and make people feel fantastic.
