Interview: Haute Brunch With LAVO Executive Chef John Deloach

Boozy Brunches are taking over the nightlife scene and LAVO’s incarnation rages on. However, with all the dancing on tables and champagne spraying I feel like we’re forgetting about the best part. The food! What’s better than having some delicious brunch creations in your stomach to soak up all that Rose?

I went to LAVO for this past Saturday’s Bikini Brunch. After I devoured a delicious plate of banana pancakes the lights started to dim and the music grew louder. I grabbed my glass of champagne and headed down to the kitchen. There I found their executive chef John Deloach. We talked haute cuisine, party brunches and what makes LAVO’s brunch menu special.
