What Factors do you take into account when you are coming up with your signature brunch dishes? We want to make the brunch dishes fun. We want them to be big. We go for the wow factor with the presentation. I think it’s great for the servers to be able to present dishes, that when they go to the table people say “Wow, look at that.” We only use the finest ingredients. Dishes that people are familiar with, but in a way they may not have the time to make at home. We have a lot of different types of pancakes and waffles.
