What are some beginner pilates moves people can try, without the equipment?

HA: Off the cuff, I think beginner moves that are always gold are planking, which I like to give on elbows because people have a lot of wrist problems, that's a classic starter move. Holding it as long as you can, but ideally a minute. And then doing a side plank on each side. Bridging is when you lay on your back, have you feet flat on the ground, and you lift butt up. A lot of what is standard in general fitness are commandeered pilates moves. New York Pilates
