Can you tell us a little about the collaborative process behind working with Cesar Galindo at NYFW?
Cesar has the final say, but I do give my input. It was at a fashion show the year before last I believe, and the final look was a black v-neck outfit and the model had short blond hair. One of the stylist was going to have the model walk down sans jewelry because her outfit was long, beautiful and flowy, and I said she needs a big piece of jewelry on her neck, and Cesar grabbed two of my favorite necklaces and put both of them on her. It is a powerful look!
