When advising clients about collecting, what aspects do you take into consideration to ensure that you show them the perfect piece?

I try to combine aesthetics and finance. We live in a world now where art collecting is very serious. A set class of people are spending huge amounts of money on art. I try to ensure my collectors to buy works they love but that will also prove to be appreciating assets over time- it is the best of both worlds- to have the tremendous fun and love of looking at and collecting art, to having it hang on your walls and adding value to your life and ultimately also being an investment that will make money.
