A lot of clubs have been opening up in the neighborhood, most notably FINALE and Bow. How do you guys feel about that?JL: I actually feel great about it because the more people in the neighborhood, the merrier.SR: There are a lot of great restaurants, and fortunately a lot of those restaurants are being opened by friends of ours as well. FINALE and Bow are very different from what we do, but I think the mass amounts of people those places will attract is great for us. Goldbar is kind of an anomaly in this business; it's an entity of itself and I don't think we're going to be hurt or helped too much by those things.Do you think the scene is shifting more to this neighborhood, versus somewhere like the Meatpacking District?SR: I've been in the industry for 17 years, it's a cyclical type of situation. I think the city is spreading out a little more though. I think the movement that started towards the East Village is now spreading to this neighborhood a little bit. Broome Street is kind of like the dividing line between traditional Little Italy and Nolita, and I think that north of here is where things are starting to happen.
