Timothee Verrecchia is the man behind the scenes -- the producer, the director, the coordinator, the creative voice, the businessman, the nerd -- but quite simply, he's the guy with the ideas. Producing recreations of Serge Gainsbourg songs with Marianne Faithful or Carla Bruni, pop-up surf shops, creating films with Garance Dore, working with Apple and Sony Pictures, editing L'Officiel Hommes, and being a partner in the Le Baron and Café Gitane at the Jane Hotel are all in his job description. So what makes this cultivator of all things cool tick? I spent an afternoon in Tim's West Village apartment to chat about what inspires him.
